If you decide to setup a subscription for this product, our shop will hand-craft your new arrangement each month and either deliver or notify you for pickup times. Once the subscription is setup, your payment method will be used each month going forward until you choose to cancel your subscription. If your payment transaction fails during your subscription, we will notify you within 5-7 business days.
Substitutions may be made with items of equal or greater value to ensure the quality, freshness, and timely delivery of your order.
Fresh Flowers:
We are dedicated to delivering your heartfelt sentiments promptly and with the utmost freshness and beauty. Due to the seasonal nature and regional availability of flowers, substitutions of equal or greater value may sometimes be necessary. We will strive to preserve the overall "look and feel" of the arrangement by carefully considering its shape, size, style, and color palette. For single-variety arrangements, the variety will take priority over color—for example, if yellow daisies are unavailable, they will be replaced with daisies of another color rather than a different yellow flower. Similarly, substitutions may be made between white and cream roses or between peach and pink roses.
Plants:
For green and blooming plants, substitutions may be made with similar plants of equal or greater value, and containers will be matched as closely as possible.
Gift Baskets:
To ensure freshness and timely delivery, substitutions within baskets may occur, using items of equal or greater value as needed.
Special Occasions:
If the requested flowers are unavailable and we are unable to reach you via the contact information provided, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure your delivery is on time.

Deliveries will always be made within reason and as close to the requested timeframe as possible. If No One is Home:
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a secure place for the recipient to collect upon their return. This might include leaving the arrangement with a neighbor or leaving a message for the recipient to coordinate a new delivery time.
Recipient May Be Contacted:
In certain cases, the Bearded Iris may reach out to the recipient directly to confirm they will be available to receive the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door:
Customers take full responsibility for any requests to leave arrangements unattended. While we understand the need for flexibility, we strongly advise against specific instructions to deliver items to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot personally accept the arrangement. The Bearded Iris cannot be held liable for missing or damaged products resulting from such requests.
